- Job Description
The Audit Senior is responsible for leading audit fieldwork, supervising junior staff, and ensuring that audit engagements are performed in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA), Myanmar Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), and relevant laws and regulations. The role requires technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage client relationships while delivering high-quality audit and assurance services.

- Assist in developing audit methodologies and improving work processes.
- Support Audit Managers and Partners in planning engagements.

- Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com preferred).
- CPA Part II (Myanmar) or pursuing a professional qualification such as ACCA/CA/CPA Australia is an advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant audit experience, including supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of MFRS, IFRS, ISA, and Myanmar Companies Law.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting/audit software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English and Myanmar).
