- Job Description
The Audit Associate is responsible for supporting audit teams in carrying out statutory audits, internal audits, and other assurance engagements in compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA), Myanmar Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), and applicable laws. The role provides hands-on experience in auditing, financial analysis, and reporting, while offering opportunities to learn and grow within a professional accounting and audit environment.

- Work collaboratively with Audit Seniors and Managers during engagements.
- Participate in on-the-job training and professional development activities.
- Seek feedback and continuously improve technical and soft skills.
- Assist in preparing client deliverables, including audit reports and management letters.
- Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com preferred).
- CPA Part I (Myanmar) or pursuing ACCA/CA/CPA qualification is an advantage.
- 0–2 years of audit or accounting experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of MFRS, IFRS, and ISA.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.
- Good communication skills in both Myanmar and English.
